1. danger is real, but fear will not cripple me; I know who holds my world (Psalm 23:4).
2. I reclaim my focus because what demands my attention becomes how I lead my life (Philippians 4:8).
3. Jesus is not only LORD over my salvation, Jesus is LORD over my mind. Mental peace is a by-product of my salvation
(John 10:10, Gal. 5:22-23).
4. I choose my digital intake by prayer, because I don’t always need to see, nor do I always need to know. I guard what I allow myself to know
(Luke 11:34, Philippians 4:8).
5. I am not ashamed when I am forced to place boundaries between me and unhealthy people. My relationship with Jesus has to be guarded at all costs (1 Cor. 15:33, Luke 14:25-33).
